Job summary

Augment seeks Driver Helpers to support drivers on designated routes in Fort Collins, CO. The role is physically active, outdoors, and requires lifting up to 75 lbs while loading waste and recyclables onto the truck. You’ll walk between stops, assist with route pickups, and help keep vehicles clean.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs and ability to stand/move for extended periods.
• Dependable and ready to work early morning shifts.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly between stops; this is a physically active role.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate any route issues to the driver or supervisor.
