Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn) in Skagway is hiring a Driver/Guide to safely operate 40-45 foot motorcoaches and provide engaging tours to visiting cruise passengers.

Pay starts at $20–$23 per hour plus tips, with CDL training available and paid training in select regions. A minimum 90-day contract is required, with driver housing and travel reimbursement provided. CDL holders with experience may earn more.

Qualifications

• CDL training provided and training program available.
• Clean Driving Record.
• 21 years of age by March 1, 2023.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass DOT physical.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop engaging tours with provided materials and deliver spoken tours to groups.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive 40-45 foot motorcoaches while guiding cruise passengers.
• Deliver competent spoken tours to groups.
• Complete training program.
• Commit to a minimum 90 day contract.
• Paid CDL training available for exceptional individuals currently without CDL.

1st year drivers start at $20/hr

Paid training provided with winter CDL training programin select regions (full and part time training provided)

CDL holders with experience make higher wage

Safety & Contract bonus (Equals $2/hr extra for every hour worked)
