Driver / General Labor

Join TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, a leading relocation company in Lafayette, Louisiana. We are hiring drivers (no CDL required).

What We Offer

• Starting pay: $15‑$18/hour plus tips

• If you do not currently have a commercial driver’s license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk‑through of the premises
• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers’ belongings
• Work with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
• Safely drive and maneuver a 26‑foot moving truck

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
• Strong problem‑solving ability
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Experience as a non‑CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful
