Qualifications

• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a laborer or driving role.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and physical labor.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on small tools and equipment.
• Operate a small warehouse forklift to load, unload, and move materials in the yard.
• Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks on site.
• Perform routine shop duties maintaining clean, organized, and safe workspaces in the shop/tool house.
• Stack and store materials in a safe and orderly manner.
• Wear appropriate safety gear and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Report any safety concerns to the Superintendent immediately.
• Participate in all safety meetings and initiatives.
• Take on other duties as needed to support field and shop operations.
