The role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. Responsibilities include directing projects from start to finish, overseeing employees, equipment, and materials for irrigation installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct irrigation technicians and crew members.
• Manage project hours against budgets.
• Plan and schedule equipment and materials.
• Track project changes and coordinate with project managers for change orders.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage equipment maintenance.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment for irrigation tasks.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid US driver's license; Motor Vehicle Report review preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of irrigation experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprints.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Irrigation certification or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and sunlight.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
