Job summary

LeafGuard is seeking a full-time Driver in Training to operate our company truck, assist with measurements, and support installation teams in Michigan. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a path toward becoming a LeafGuard driver/fabricator.

You will drive to job sites, maintain vehicles, operate the gutter roll forming machine, and help organize warehouse materials. A valid license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Preemployment Medical Card required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse or light construction is a plus.
• Able to use a tape measure.
• Comfort with operating hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to assigned job sites.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized.
• Operate gutter roll forming machine.
• Measure house per diagram for gutter delivery.
• Maintain truck interior and organize materials for installations.
• Assist with warehouse organization.
• Ensure materials needed for installation are ready.
