Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Driver at our Glenshaw, PA location to deliver fleet vehicles and provide courteous customer service. The position pays $12 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, 18+ years old, and US work authorization.

Schedule includes several days with consistent 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours. Responsibilities include driving locally or out of area, completing paperwork, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed following all traffic laws.
• Deliver vehicles to designated destinations safely and courteously.
• Assist with vehicle paperwork and route planning for pickups and deliveries.
• Report vehicle issues including daily maintenance such as oil, tires and fluids.
• Ensure fuel levels are adequate and refill as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed (average trip time ranges from 1-3 hours) following all rules of the road
• Deliver vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles, will spend time with team members in vechicles
• Notify Manager of any vehicle problems including daily maintenance, including but not limited to ensuring proper oil, tire and fluid levels
• Ensure proper fuel tank level and fill with gasoline, if needed
• Complete paperwork associated with pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• Practice safe driving with attention to detail and thoroughness in order to prevent injury to others and damage to all vehicles in operation
• A variety of vehicles are driven in all weather and road conditions
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
