Job summary

Kirkwood Community College Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a part-time Continuing Education Instructor to deliver Driver’s Education behind the wheel and in the classroom. General Job Summary

Under limited supervision, the Continuing Education Instructor will facilitate Driver’s Education programs through behind-the-wheel and classroom instruction. The instructor must be familiar with the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) curriculum for Driver’s Education and deliver training that meets or exceeds state standards.

This position requires providing excellent customer service, fostering a positive and safe learning environment, and maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor throughout all class sessions.
