Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Midland, AR is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver to small format, on premise, off-premise, and tell sell accounts. In stores, you provide customer service and merchandise products.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00am start, local routes, with overtime and weekend flexibility. Starting pay is $22.52/hour, moving to $23.74/hour after six months, plus Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k match, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card within the first week of employment.

• Delivers products to scheduled accounts in good condition and within scheduled delivery time.
• Assures brands and packages are rotated properly, safeguarding against past-dated products available to consumers.
• Collects and tracks cash/credit proceeds and products removed from inventories.
• Computes and records transactions for all related cash, checks, and documents.
• Provides shelf merchandising to stores upon request by manager or customer.
• Maintains assigned vehicle in accordance to applicable safety regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Overview:

Shift and Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 5:00am until route is finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Local routes

Position Responsibilities

1. Delivers products to scheduled accounts in good condition and within scheduled delivery time.

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $22.52 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $23.74 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
