Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Texas is hiring a self-motivated delivery driver who serves machines, loads and unloads, and maintains route accuracy. You will stay active, lift up to 50 pounds, and interact with customers daily.

Starting pay is $27.01 per hour, rising to $28.48 after six months, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years delivery and face-to-face customer interaction experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Class A CDL and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Servicing machines with products, adjusting and cleaning machines as needed.
• Filling change dispensers at each stop.
• Maintain active, on-the-road mobility and interact with customers daily.

Pay & Benefits

Total Rewards: Pay starting at $27.01 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $28.48 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• 2 years delivery and face to face customer interaction experience
• 21 years of age or older
• Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and driver's license
