Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Driver Data Coordinator in Memphis, TN to support safety and nationwide fleet operations. You will monitor driver performance data, maintain equipment records, and help coach drivers to promote safe, efficient driving.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration with operations and safety teams, and routine audits. A valid driver’s license and Excel proficiency are required, with the ability to handle confidential information.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, fit-for-duty assessment, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data related to more than 2,000 pieces of driver equipment
• Monitor and review data from driver safety and telematics systems
• Support driver coaching efforts through verbal and online communication to encourage safe driving behaviors
• Accurately document coaching conversations and follow-up activities
• Analyze and validate equipment feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Enter, maintain, and update information in company databases and reporting systems
• Perform routine data audits and backups to support data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and transportation teams to support fleet performance initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
