Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking responsible data collectors to assist in collecting images of streets and public areas in Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves driving a company vehicle equipped with 360 cameras, covering specific routes around commercial districts and historic locations.

Ideal candidates should possess a valid Driver License, good communication skills, and be self-motivated. The project is expected to last a minimum of 3 months, with a Monday to Friday work schedule, and flexibility for weekends as needed.

Company Description – Service Measure (SM)

Service Measure (SM) is a field data collection company founded in 2013 in New York. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project Objective – Service Measure (SM)

The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in the USA. The project is performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one of the most popular online maps in the world. The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last from 3 to 6 months and will cover different data collection areas.

Schedule

Schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. Due to weather downtime, work on weekends is possible. You can work more than 8 hours if you will.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver Licence;
• Good driving skills and clean driving record;
• General car knowledge would be a plus;
• Enjoys driving within standard business hours;
• Available for a minimum of 3 months;
• Must have private monitored parking space for corporate vehicle;
• Great communication and reporting skills;
• Tech savvy (drivers will use Gmail, Google Forms and Google Meet);
• High level of responsibility;
• Self-motivated and detail oriented;
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check (criminal and driving record);
• Must have parking for a vehicle;
• Must be authorized to work in the US;
• Enjoys driving with flexible schedule;
• Responsible & Reliable;
