Service Measure (SM) is a field data collection company founded in 2013 in New York. We collect data where automation is not possible, counting features, taking pictures, making videos, recording speech, and scanning areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
The main objective of the project is to test new features in the online mapping application in both day and night modes. Drivers will operate vehicles in urban areas with high traffic, working in collaboration with a co‑pilot. The driver must note all details about the application's performance and usability in a spreadsheet, using a tablet or laptop to complete surveys. The data will be transferred to the client for further improvements.
New hires will receive one day of remote training. The company covers all project‑related expenses, including vehicle rental, fuel, parking, and tolls. The project lasts 3–4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 7–8 hours per day, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with an approximate daily target of five routes.
