Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position involves driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each site.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as part of the landscape maintenance crew, completing tasks like mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape work
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
• Experience driving a truck & trailer safely
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors for long periods, in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
