Juniper is growing! We are seeking Driver Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Driver Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position involves driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as part of the landscape maintenance crew to complete tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check
• Experience driving trucks & trailers safely
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors for long periods, in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
