Job Overview

Juniper is growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. As a Crew Member, you will perform work on job sites safely and efficiently to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This dual driver/crew member role involves driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each site.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck with a 24’ trailer
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections
• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weed pulling, and mulching
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment effectively
• Move soil, equipment, and materials as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR check
• Experience driving trucks & trailers safely
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
