Juniper is growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. They may oversee mowing crews, landscape pruning/detail crews, or a combination of landscape operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews
• Maintain production schedules and meet maintenance service expectations
• Assist with training and developing crew members
• Manage daily work hours and time-keeping for crew members
• Ensure all work is performed safely
• Maintain equipment in working order
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape duties
• Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; Motor Vehicle Record review preferred
• Landscaping and supervisory experience preferred
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist repeatedly
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
