Job Overview

Juniper is growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. They may oversee mowing crews, landscape pruning/detail crews, or a combination of these operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews
• Maintain production schedules and ensure maintenance service expectations are met
• Assist with training and development of crew members
• Record work hours daily on jobsites
• Ensure all crew members work safely
• Ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review preferred
• Landscaping and supervisory experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
