Job Overview

Juniper is growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members to ensure safe, high-quality landscapes for our clients. They may oversee mowing crews, landscape pruning/detail crews, or a combination of these operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews.
• Maintain production schedules and meet service expectations.
• Assist with training and development of crew members.
• Keep daily time records for crew members on jobsites.
• Ensure all work is performed safely.
• Maintain equipment in working order.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape tasks.
• Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; Motor Vehicle Record review preferred.
• Landscaping and supervisory experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and sunlight.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment.
