We are seeking compassionate individuals with flexible schedules to join our team as Home Care Aides/Drivers ("Care Partners")! We offer a competitive wage of $19 per hour plus benefits, including health, dental, vision, weekly pay, overtime, and opportunities for continuing education.

Candidate Qualifications

• Enjoy working with older adults
• Provide compassionate, quality care with a positive attitude
• Punctual and dependable
• Complete LiveScan fingerprinting and background check
• Become a registered Home Care Aide with California DSS
• Current TB clearance within last 90 days or within 7 days of hire
• Class C Driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
• Ability to lift over 45 lbs
• At least 2 years of experience
• High School diploma or GED

Job Responsibilities

Assist seniors with transportation, companionship, and daily activities, ensuring dignity and independence. Complete documentation and communicate regularly with the office to maintain high-quality care.

Service Area

Primarily within Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, La Jolla, Sorrento Valley/Mesa, Mira Mesa, Black Mountain Ranch, Rancho Peñasquitos, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and Carmel Valley.
