Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from appointments, treatments, and activities.
• Assist patients with transfers and ambulation.

• Take vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.
• Provide emotional support and compassion to patients and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in staff education and training programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
