Job Overview
This role involves local deliveries with multiple stops and unload assistance, primarily in NYC, including Manhattan. Drivers are home daily, with opportunities for Safety Bonuses. Experience with temperature-controlled deliveries is preferred.

Pay
$24/hr

Responsibilities

• Deliver on time to dedicated accounts.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain daily E-Log.
• Operate company tractor-trailer trucks.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and report issues.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs.
• Ensure property is in good condition and report accidents immediately.
• Report delays and perform additional tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Class CDL B license.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass DOT screenings.
• At least 23 years old with 1 year of Class B experience or military equivalent.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Ability to operate various vehicles safely.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift over 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.
