Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in Merrill, Wisconsin is seeking a Class A Driver – Local to transport windows, doors, and related materials between our manufacturing facilities and occasional customer deliveries. You will safely operate bobtail and tractor-trailer, hook/unhook trailers, and load/unload products, while complying with all DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must have Class A license, current medical card, clean DMV record and good work references.

Responsibilities

• Transport windows, doors, and related materials between facilities, with occasional delivery to customers.
• Safely drive both a bobtail truck and tractor-trailer.
• Hook and unhook trailers.
• Load and unload windows, doors, and related materials.
• Operate in accordance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate record keeping, meet dispatch schedules.
• This is a physical job requiring pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

We are seeking a qualified Class A Driver – Local for our trucking division based in Merrill, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial truck driver.

About the Position

• Transport windows, doors, and related materials between manufacturing facilities, with occasional delivery to customers

Qualifications

• Preference given to applicants with commercial truck driving experience or educational equivalent
