Virginia Tile Co in Las Vegas is seeking a professional Truck Driver/ Warehouse Associate to operate a semi-truck and forklift, delivering tile products to customers and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Applicants should have a valid CDL Class A, be at least 21, and bring 2 years of driving and warehouse experience; the company offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A Endorsement required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be physically qualified to drive.
• 2 years of semi-truck and trailer driving experience preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Stand up Reach Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a semi-truck safely and professionally.

• Maintain logs, fuel, deliveries, mileage, and inspections as required.

Position Description

• Operate and drive a semi-truck safely and professionally
• Operate vehicle in compliance with company rules and all applicable state and federal regulations
• Deliver freight to customers in a courteous, professional and helpful manner
• Maintain records of driver's logs, fuel purchases, deliveries, mileage, pre-trip inspections, etc. in accordance with Federal, State and company policy
• Operates forklift
• Use bar code scanners
• Prepare material for shipment consistent with customers, trucker's or driver's requirements and balance and mark pallets
• Perform other duties as assigned
