Job summary

Norfolk Iron & Metal is seeking a CDL-A driver to safely operate our tractor/trailer fleet and distribute product across NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE and MD. You will perform required pre-/post-trip inspections and complete DVIR, ensuring compliance and safety.

You will assist in loading/unloading steel, deliver professional customer service, and follow all safety guidelines. A valid CDL-A with medical card is required, along with a drug test and background check, and the role requires the ability to meet

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with medical card and DOT qualifications.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to meet physical demands and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor/trailer fleet and distribute product efficiently.
• Perform pre- and post-trip DOT inspections and complete DVIR.
• Assist in loading and unloading steel and supplies.
