• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.

Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:

  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually

  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• OR

  • Choose 27% of Line Haul

  • Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (30 days - 2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours! How do we know? Because we invest in analytics to track our drivers' home time to ensure a better quality of life and the time they deserve with their families.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!

  • Week 1: $1,500

  • Week 2: $1,500 + mileage

  • 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage

  • 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

• New Drivers Pay - $0.53 CPM starting base pay

• 1-Year Loyalty (at previous company for one year) - $0.54 CPM

• 2-Years Loyalty (at previous company for two years) - $0.55 CPM

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years

• No DUI in the past 10 years

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
