Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the last three years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.

Pay :

Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually

0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

Choose 27% of Line Haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay : 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Additional advantages :

Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5 / 12 / 2025 through 9 / 30 / 2025) - paid in first 180 days!

Week 1 = $1,500

Week 2 = $1,200

120 Days = $2,300

180 Days = $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay :

New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay

1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay

2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements :

1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years

No DUI in the past 10 years

Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
