• 1-year CDL-A OTR driving experience required.
• 6 months of flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Additional Advantages

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!
• Week 1 = $1,500
• Week 2 = $1,200
• 120 Days = $2,300
• 180 Days = $5,000

Montgomery ensures your home time is maximized, with a guaranteed 34 hours and an average of 46-53 hours.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty - $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty - $.55 CPM

Job Requirements include:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
