Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours! Because we have invested in the best analytics to track our drivers’ home time, ensuring a better quality of life and family time.

Loyalty Pay Details

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

• Starting pay: $.53 CPM base
• 1-Year Loyalty: $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Hauling steel coil experience is a plus, but not required
