With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (for 30 days - 2 years) and $1,300 (for over 2 years)

Additional Advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in the first 180 days!
• Orientation pay breakdown:
• Week 1 = $1,500
• Week 2 = $1,200
• 120 days = $2,300

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours! How do we know? Because we use analytics to track and ensure our drivers get the quality time they deserve with their families.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New drivers start at $.53 CPM
• 1-year loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) = $.54 CPM
• 2-years loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) = $.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
