Qualifications

• Au moins 1 an d'expérience CDL-A OTR et 6 mois d'expérience en flatbed.
• Pas plus de trois violations de circulation ou accidents responsables au cours des trois dernières années.
• Aucune DUI au cours des dix dernières années.

Responsibilities

• Conduire un camion plat CDL-A pour transporter divers biens avec flexibilité dans le mode de paiement.
• Assurer la continuité de services de transport tout en maximisant le temps passé à la maison.
• Suivre les normes de sécurité et les règlements de transport.

Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:

  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually

  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• OR

  • Choose 27% of Line Haul

  • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Additional advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!

  • Week 1 = $1,500

  • Week 2 = $1,200

  • 120 Days = $2,300

  • 180 Days = $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay

• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay

• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years

• No DUI in the past 10 years

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
