Your Role

Driver – Class A CDL

You will be responsible for transporting, loading, unloading, and other duties according to standard operating procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

Transporting Projects

• Safely transporting products to customer sites using bobtail or flat-bed trucks, often utilizing loading docks at warehouses or factories, but sometimes in other areas near customer sites.
• Driving in urban and rural traffic conditions.
• Obtaining signatures on delivery orders and submitting them to dispatch or management.
• Handling local deliveries and pickups only.

Loading and Unloading

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently using forklifts and/or pallet jacks.

Pre and Post Trip

• Performing pre-trip inspections.
• Reporting vehicle issues or accidents immediately to ensure safety.
• Maintaining a clean truck presentation.

Safe & Efficient Facility Team Member

• Reporting equipment defects or maintenance needs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Following all safety procedures and policies, and understanding equipment before use.
• Reporting unsafe conditions or acts.
• Performing tasks efficiently according to standard procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced environment.

What We’d Like to See from You

Required

• Minimum driver’s age of 23 years.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to safely operate trucks with a valid driver’s license from your residency state.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 violations in the past three years, monitored via Motor Vehicle Record tracking software; no DUIs or serious violations.
• Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Visual acuity of 20/70 or better in both eyes (or one eye with usable vision), and a field of vision of at least 110 degrees.

Preferred and Helpful

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
