Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Kankakee, IL is hiring Class A CDL drivers for direct-hire, year-round work. Earn $1,300–$1,600 per week with 2 a.m. start times and 40–50 hours weekly. Enjoy 15 days PTO, holidays, and a modern fleet with mostly no-touch freight.

Qualifications

Location: Kankakee, IL

Direct Hire! We are currently accepting applications for Class A CDL Drivers to fill permanent, year-round, direct hire positions in Kankakee, IL!

Earn $1,300 - 1,600 per week (Top drivers $1,300+)

• Home Daily
• Start times: as earliest as 2:00 a.m
• Average 40 - 50 hours per week
• 90% No-Touch Freight
• Primarily 2025 model trucks (newer fleet)
• Consistent, year-round work – no seasonal slowdowns
• 15 days of PTO for the year + 2 Floating holidays. Eligible to use after completion of the 90-day probationary period!

Pay & Bonuses:

• $1,300–$1,600 weekly average
• $78,000–$80,000 annually
• $500 Quarterly Safety Bonus

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Minimum 1 year Class A CDL experience
