Maximized Home Time: Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours weekly, supported by advanced analytics to ensure quality time with family.

Loyalty Pay Structure:

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as follows:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

Base Pay: $.53 CPM; loyalty increases to $.55 CPM after 2 years.

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
