Driver Benefits:

• Annual pay between $70,000 and $75,000
• Base pay of $0.53 - $0.55 CPM plus OD Pay and a $0.01 CPM annual tenure increase
• Option to earn 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years experience), $1,300 (2+ years)

• Starting CPM varies from $.53 to $.55 based on loyalty and experience

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• Less than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No recent DUI within 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not mandatory
