• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No DUIs in the past 10 years.
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus.

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & $0.01 CPM annual tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200; 2+ Years = $1,300

Additional Advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days:
• Week 1 = $1,500
• Week 2 = $1,200
• 120 Days = $2,300
• 180 Days = $5,000
• Orientation Info:
• Rental car or plane ticket (based on driver’s domicile)
• Single rooms provided
• Meals included (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Home Time & Analytics:

Guaranteed 34 hours of home time, with drivers averaging 46-53 hours, supported by analytics to ensure quality of life.

Loyalty Pay:

• Base $.53 CPM for new drivers
• $.54 CPM after 1 year at previous employer
• $.55 CPM after 2 years at previous employer

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
