Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive CDL-A flatbed trucks safely adhering to regulations.
• Maximize home time averaging 46-53 hours per week.
• Maintain cargo security and ensure timely deliveries.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

Pay:

Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually

0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

Choose 27% of Line Haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200; 2+ Years = $1,300!

Additional advantages:

Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!

Week 1 = $1,500

Week 2 = $1,200

120 Days = $2,300

180 Days = $5,000

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to our analytics tracking.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

New Drivers: $.53 CPM base pay

1-Year Loyalty: $.54 CPM

2-Years Loyalty: $.55 CPM

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past three years

No DUI in past 10 years

Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
