Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for delivering building materials using a company vehicle and must be capable of heavy lifting. Essential qualifications include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist yard personnel in pulling and staging inter-company orders, loading trucks, and receiving materials.
• Operate yard equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Expedite loading and unloading of customer and company vehicles.
• Follow customer order instructions, including maps and materials, according to delivery sequence.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers and jobsites.
• Complete pre-jobsite assessments prior to unloading at jobsites.
• Deliver materials to jobsites and customers safely and efficiently, following safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid CDL permit with a clean driving record and interest in company-sponsored training.
• Aspirations to become a CDL driver, with the ability to complete company training while working as a material handler.
