Summary

Under the direct management of the Delivery Manager, the Millwork Driver is responsible for learning about materials and products, assembling and moving materials, properly loading materials onto the truck, and ensuring the safe and final delivery of products to customer locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list is not exhaustive and may include other duties as assigned by management.

• Read paperwork accurately and complete forms correctly
• Know species and profiles of wood and products
• Familiarity with common door profiles, molding profiles, and Andersen window line
• Handle different materials safely and properly, including molding, doors, and windows
• Safely load materials onto trucks for delivery, ensuring security during transport
• Unload materials safely and properly
• Use computer systems to manage order inquiries
• Assist with basic assemblies as needed
• Follow all cleanup and housekeeping procedures
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Drive safely and responsibly
• Meet all DOT requirements for CDL license
