(i.e. oil, brake fluid, etc.)Cleans and maintains processing areas, trucks and attended donation stations. Also, assist Store Managers as requested.Responsible to drive truck on route and pick up materials according to schedule.Loads and unloads truck and handles merchandise using proper techniques and equipment without damaging goods.Works with and directs helper to maximize production efficiency.Secures materials in truck to prevent shifting and damage during transportation.Responsible to use good judgment and tact when deciding to accept or reject donations offered.Complete all reports and documentation accurately and timely.Complies with Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.Provides all necessary customer service while projecting a positive image during public contact.Responsible to perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of donation area, interior and exterior of the store.Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production area and follow “STAR”.Reports and documents safety hazards, potentially hazardous conditions, and unsafe practices and procedures.Attends meetings and training sessions as required.Maintain confidentiality and cooperative working relationships at all times.Maintains professional, polite and positive relationship with clients, customers, and coworkers at all times.Perform other duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team and/or mission.Additional qualifications include:Minimum one year of Class A driving experience.Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with all levels of organization.Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Ability to accept responsibility, take initiative, problem solve and exercise good judgment.Ability to be flexible and adaptable in handling interruptions and managing multiple priorities.Ability to train, work with and/or act as a good example to individuals receiving services at Goodwill.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Education and/or Experience:Demonstration of excellent oral, written and documentation skill sets.
