Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to operate 20-26 foot bobtail trucks for delivering and picking up merchandise and donations. The role involves ensuring the safety of donations and company property while providing excellent service to donors.
Candidates should possess a valid California Driver’s License (Class C) and 6 months of driving experience. A high school degree or GED is preferred. Goodwill is committed to making a difference by providing work experience and opportunities for those in need.

Operates a truck primarily to deliver or pick up merchandise/donations from donation centers, Goodwill stores/facilities, businesses or private residences.
Education: High School Degree or GED preferred.
Experience: 6 months industrial vehicle driving experience required, one year preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to operate GPS tracking system preferred.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid California Driver’s License, (Class C) with driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company’s standards.
