Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a part-time Driver Check-In Clerk (Nights) to verify and process daily delivery driver invoices, returns and collections in Orlando, FL. Schedule is 32 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, Midnight–8:00am, with starting pay of $22.00 per hour.

You will code invoices per policy, handle returned goods, coordinate with transportation for reships, and support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify all driver invoices and collections from daily routes.
• Code invoices to company policy and write off damaged items.
• Verify driver product returns, pickups, and credits with paperwork.
• Ensure returns and reships are properly documented and placed in correct areas.
• Communicate required paperwork to transportation supervisor or router.
• Report any truck maintenance issues from daily pre/post trip documents.
• Assist with other duties as needed by supervisor.

Click here to access.Time Type:Part timeRemote Type:Job Family Group:Market OperationsJob Description Summary:The Driver Check-In Clerk (Nights) will be responsible for verification and processing of the daily delivery driver invoices, associated paperwork, returns and collections.Schedule: Tuesday-Friday; Midnight - 8:00am (this is a part-time position working 32 hours/week).Starting pay rate: $22.00/hourJob Description:Job Responsibilities:Verify all collections from the daily routes of driver, ensuring that the payments are accurate, signed and dated.Properly code all invoices compliant with company policy. Write off items out of inventory that are defective or damaged and dispose of goods.Verify all driver product returns, pickups, credits, etc., to ensure that the returned item matches the associated paperwork. Ensure that returned goods are placed on the appropriate pallets in the returns area to speed put away in the warehouse.Verify all goods that are to be reshipped are accounted for and placed in the appropriate reship area within the warehouse.
