Payrate:

• Hourly pay rate: $29.50
• Shift differential: $0.25/hour for hours between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., with specifics based on hours worked.

Position Details:

This position is represented by a labor union. Schedule varies, with start times between 1:30 am and 5:30 am for driving, and warehouse shifts at 6 am or 4 pm depending on staffing needs.

As a Driver, you'll deliver products safely and efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stock trucks and prepare products for drivers. This role offers flexibility to perform both duties throughout the year based on needs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Complete daily activities like preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with retail customers and warehouse personnel.
• Participate in warehouse activities including unloading, stock counting, and order processing.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Physical ability to handle tasks like lifting, bending, and carrying.
• Pass relevant licensing and background checks, including FMCSA's Clearinghouse registration.
• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; DSD experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Follow schedules and instructions, record and inspect shipments, and ensure safety standards.
• Use electronic devices for logging and scanning.
• Work in outdoor conditions and adapt to changing routes and schedules.
