Pay rate: Driver: $28.25/hour, Warehouse Associate: $26.50/hour.

Additional Information:

  • The position is represented by a labor union.
  • Schedule (subject to change): Mon-Sat, starting at 5 am in the warehouse, and between 10 pm-2 am when driving, depending on routes. 40-45 hours/week, 8-10 hour shifts based on volume.
  • Primary location: 8900 Global Way, West Chester, OH 45071.
  • Interstate routes: Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana.

Role Overview:

As a Driver, you'll deliver products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses, focusing on safety and timeliness. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stock trucks with products for drivers. This hybrid role offers flexibility to perform both duties throughout the year based on needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety procedures and conduct safety checks on equipment.
  • Complete daily activities like preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
  • Perform duties as scheduled by supervisors.
  • Coordinate with customers and receiving personnel, communicate needs to customer service.
  • Participate in warehouse activities: unloading, stock counting, order processing, organization.
  • Perform order picking, palletizing, loading/unloading trucks.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
  • Assemble and load products timely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Follow safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

Job Specific Requirements:

  • CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
  • Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (necessary for federal facility access).
  • Ability to perform physical activities and pass relevant licensing requirements.
  • Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or DSD preferred.
  • Pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
  • FMCSA's Clearinghouse registration required.

What You'll Need:

  • Follow schedules and instructions from Route Manager or Dispatch.
  • Record and report defective items.
  • Inspect and verify deliveries and shipments.
  • Adhere to safety and quality protocols.
  • Assemble and load trucks following procedures.
  • Use electronic devices and scanners for logging and deliveries.
  • Be flexible with routes and schedules.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge for addressing breakdowns.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
