SALARY RANGE: $18.00 - $20.00

Purpose and Summary: Operates trucks with single, tandem, or multi-axle configurations for delivery and/or pickup of agronomy and energy products, following scheduled routes to support profitable growth.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate all assigned vehicles safely and in accordance with standards.
• Perform daily safety checks and maintenance on vehicles.
• Load and unload materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Make deliveries and pickups on schedule, providing excellent customer service.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and timely.

Other Job Functions:

• Maintain company equipment and professional appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and meet DOT standards.
• Must obtain and maintain CDL with endorsements, a valid medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours and be on-call as needed.
