Apache Mills, Inc. is a world leader in floor mat manufacturing and is hiring for a CDL (Class A) Truck Driver to join the 1st Shift Transportation Team in Calhoun, GA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with overtime on Saturdays as needed.

A valid Class A license, DOT knowledge, and forklift certification are required, along with a safe, quality-focused attitude. Starting compensation is $25.00–$26.00 per hour with benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) and matching, dental

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver's license.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
• Forklift certification (Stand-up forklift).
• No MVR violations in last 5 years.
• Experience operating a manual transmission tractor.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime when needed.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and meeting quality standards.
• Safety and reliability prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm).
• Abide by DOT rules and company procedures.
• Attend to driving duties with weekend overtime as needed.
• Complete required drug and background screenings.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a CDL (Class A) Truck Driver to join our 1st Shift Transportation Team. This position is regularly scheduled for Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, require overtime Saturday as needed.

The position requires (this is not a complete job description):

• a valid Class A driver's license
• general knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• no MVR violations within the last 5 years
• demonstrated experience operating a manual transmission tractor
• working extended hours to include weekends when business needs require
• ensuring good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
• meeting or exceeding company quality standards
• a demonstrated attitude of safety and quality as top priorities
• maintaining regular and predictable attendance
• complying with company processes and procedures
• following verbal and written instructions
• standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing ladders and reaching while handling material or products
• working cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
• performing job duties in variable weather conditions (including hot weather)
• successful completion of drug and background screenings
