What You'll Do On a Typical Day

• Drive a tractor around the site or on public roads, moving trailers
• Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after shifts
• Maneuver tractor/trailer safely within the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
• Inspect trailers for condition
• Load and unload freight or assist in loading/unloading
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices

What You Need To Succeed At GXO

At minimum, you'll need:

• 6 months of CDL Class A experience
• A current valid driver's license and a clean driving record over the past 2 years
• Appropriate endorsements for Hazmat and Tanker if required

It'd Be Great If You Also Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple trailer types (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
