Payrate: $30.60 per hour, with potential Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus

Position Details:

• Possible schedule on 1st shift, start times between 1 am and 4 am, subject to change based on customer demand
• Interstate driving may be required

As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses, focusing on safety and timely deliveries to ensure quality products reach our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and equipment checks
• Completing daily service activities, including receipts, logs, and maintenance records
• Performing duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch

Job Requirements:

• Must have a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience
• Preferred experience with direct store delivery (DSD)
• Pass drug test, MVR, and background check
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse registration required
• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (especially if servicing a military base)

Qualifications:

• Customer-oriented attitude
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious convictions
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
• Understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
• Proficiency with smartphones and electronic logging devices
• Flexibility and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
