Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to transport and deliver products to designated customers in a fast-paced setting. The role operates Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm and requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), clean driving record, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include route optimization, accurate documentation, vehicle inspections, and coordinating with dispatch and customers. Prior forklift certification is a plus; OT may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CDL delivery driver experience; route experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with safe driving history.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass road test and Clearinghouse query.
• HazMat or Air Brake endorsement preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for transportation systems/dispatch/data entry.
• Basic math skills to verify orders and delivery documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.
• Physical requirement: lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs; sit in truck; walk/climb/kneel/bend/balance.
• Driving is essential; valid license and safe history required.
• Warehouse work 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Wear company attire and communicate with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Provide fast, high-quality customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Assist with order preparation, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and general warehouse tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Shift

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities Include

• Operate a straight truck, box truck or CMV (26,001 +pounds) totransport products to customer locations in assigned delivery route.
• Learn and optimize routes, ensure correct order fulfillment, and maintain proper documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (DVIR), report issues immediately, and maintain cleanliness inside and out of assigned vehicle.
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, FMCSA and company policies, complete required safety training and properly handle HazMat materials.
• Wear company apparel as required, maintain a neat appearance and effectively communicate with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency. Maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Assist with preparing orders, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a CDL driver, delivery route experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 21 or older
• Valid commercial driver’s license and safe driving history; Class A or B required
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and pass a road test and Clearinghouse Query
• HazMat or Air Brake Endorsement, preferred
• Prior forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills to operate transportation systems, dispatch applications or perform data entry tasks
• Basic math skills to verify orders or reconcile delivery documents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed
• Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift upto 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Regularly sit in a truck and drive a company vehicle. Ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop and balance frequently.
• Driving: Driving on a regular basis on behalf of the company is an essential function of this role. A valid driver’s license and safe driving history is required.
• Warehouse : Ability to work inside the warehouse 50% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $24.00 - $33.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects topay an associatefor this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
