Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a CDL A or B Driver to support our Fargo, ND operations. You will coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites, follow DOT regulations, and help maintain safety on the road. A current CDL and at least one year of driving experience are required.

The role offers on-site work in Fargo with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a leading contractor-supply distributor.

Qualifications

• CDL driving experience with proper state license and endorsements.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety practices on all deliveries.
• Operate professionally and safely at customer jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift to unload shipments at jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations and maintains safety standards.
• Ensures manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Has a minimum of one year of CDL driving experience and required state license.
• Performs other duties as needed.

A_ CDL Driver _at White Cap…

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.
• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding)
• Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Spanish language proficiency
